Around the World, Noonan is Powering Wins

Noonan Race Engineering's billet blocks, cylinder heads, manifolds and more will be used around the planet this weekend at major championship drag racing events.

The Dodge NHRA Nationals presented by Pennzoil take place in Las Vegas this weekend in the penultimate round of the NHRA Mello Yello Series, while on the other side of the glove it is East Coast Thunder launching the 400 Thunder Drag Racing season at Australia's Sydney Dragway.

In Las Vegas, there will be an overload of supercharged alcohol drag racing with Pro Mod joining Top Alcohol Dragster and Top Alcohol Funny Car in the desert. Industry leaders such as Stevie 'Fast' Jackson, Todd Tutterow, Brandon Snider, the Whiteley family, Joey Severance and Shane Westerfield will all be using Noonan's knowledge and engineering talent to push performance barriers. Since Noonan Race Engineering's move to the USA, turnaround on new parts and repairs has been taken to industry-leading levels.

'Down under' it is the majority of blown alcohol teams who are using Noonan Race Engineering equipment. The hot names include John Zappia, Steven Ham, Kelvin Lyle, Geoff Gradden, Mark Hinchelwood, Gary Phillips, John Cannuli, Wayne Price and Justin Walshe.

Noonan Race Engineering owner Renee Noonan said it was rare for major event winner's circles in the USA, Australia and Europe not to feature a team using Noonan Race Engineering's billet products.

“From our Australia footprints to our huge American move, our footprint has been constantly expanding,” she said. “Noonan has always been known for performance, but that is not limited to horsepower. The logistics of motorsport are just as important and teams know that if they are using Noonan Race Engineering products they are going to have the support from the manufacturer they need. Winning championships depends on quality parts provided efficiently and that is what we have evolved, especially in the last 12 months.”
